Tim Sappok began his employment with County Fire in March of 2006 working on special projects. Tim began his fire service career in 1967 for CDF, serving in various assignments throughout the state, including the CDF Academy and the Region Operations Coordination Center in Riverside. Chief Sappok also served on an Incident Command Team for 6 years including 3 years as the Incident Commander. He was one of the Unified Incident Commanders of the Old Fire. As the Operations Chief, he is dedicated to the safety of the public whom we serve and the firefighters who provide that service. Chief Sappok is firmly committed to strong working relationships with cooperating agencies, both within the County family and with our local, state and federal partners.Chief Sappok resides in Apple Valley.
