Community Safety - Juvenile Fire Setters

Don't Play with FireTragically, almost every day in our Nation a child dies in a self-started fire. Juvenile firesetting is the second leading cause of accidental deaths in the home for young children. Of every 100 children who die in fires in the United States, 24 are killed because of children playing with fire.

San Bernardino County Fire is in the process of reformatting their Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Program. Currently we are working on a case-by-case basis; therefore, if you need educational material or have a referral please contact us at 909-386-8400.
