Baldy Mesa Station 16 is located in the unincorporated County area southwest of Victorville, east of Phelan.  This station is staffed by Paid-Call Firefighters (PCFs).  They live locally and are on call via text pager to respond with their Brush Patrol vehicles to calls or to assist the surrounding full-time engine companies. 

 

In addition to Baldy Mesa, Company 16 may be requested to assist on calls in Phelan, Oak Hills, Hesperia, I-15 and Highway 395.
