Station 128 is located in the “Valley of the Falls” off Scenic Hwy 38 and is staffed by fully Paid-Call force that protects the communities they live in, Forest Falls and Mountain Home Village, while also providing mutual aid to the U.S. Forest Service for wildland fires. To meet the County’s “All Risk” responsibility to the local area and respond to requests for service outside our primary response area, Fire and Rescue apparatus located here include a Structure Engine, Brush Engine and attack Water Tender. 4 wheel drive vehicles include; Brush Patrol with “Jaws of Life”, Squad with “high angle” rope rescue compliment, and Rescue Ambulance. Severe weather incident responses are enhanced with an 8 person Snow Cat and wheeled Front End Loader.
