To minimize printing costs and delays, the Department is no longer producing newsletters. In place of the newsletters, the Department has continued to develop additional compliance tools, and reminders of critical deadlines are emailed to specific types of regulated businesses. Most of our guidelines can be found on this website on our Forms and Guidelines Page. To make sure that you receive email communications, make sure that a current email address is submitted on the Locally Collected Inventory Information Page of your Business Emergency/Contingency Plan.

1/19/2007: Sent to all Actively Permitted Facilities: San Bernardino Co Fire CUPA March 1 Business Plan deadline

12/13/2006: Sent to Generators: Return your EPA ID Number Verification Questionnaire
Keep your ID number current by making sure you return the DTSC Verification Questionnaire every year. Even if you generated no manifests during the last year and owe no fees, you must return the paperwork or your ID number will be inactivated.
