It is with sadness to announce the passing of Jim Ogden, Administrative Supervisor for the Fire Department Office of Emergency Services. Jim passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, July 26th.

Jim retired from the County after spending almost 30 years in the Facilities Management and Public Works departments. He returned to work for County Fire OES as an Analyst and later as Supervisor of Administrative Services. Jim had an admirable work ethic and he played an important role in the daily success of the OES program. He was also a highly regarded friend and colleague. He has been with OES for almost 10 years and was an integral part of the OES world. Jim's unique sense of creativity and humor will be deeply missed.

Services will be held Monday, August 4th, 2008 at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Sun City, Ca.  92586.  Visitation:10:00 a.m.  Services: 11:00 a.m. Internment: Riverside National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
